The Border Talk Project is thrilled to announce a special afternoon of storytelling at the Lislea Community Centre on Sunday, April 27 at 3pm, featuring celebrated Irish storyteller Aideen McBride.

Aideen McBride is known across Ireland for her warm, engaging style and deep connection to the oral tradition. Her stories—both traditional and original—delight audiences of all ages, weaving wisdom, humour, and heart into every tale.

This gathering is part of an exciting new series of storytelling events, designed to bring people together through the shared art of storytelling. The initiative is a collaboration between Storytellers of Ireland and the Armstrong Storytelling Trust, with support from the International Fund for Ireland, aiming to strengthen cross-border and cross-community relationships through cultural engagement.
