'It's an unbelievable feeling' says Armagh's Shea Loughran as they book their place in the All-Ireland Minor Final

Team captain Shea Loughran was one of the stand-out performers, contributing 0-4 from play, and he spoke of his delight with the win to Armagh TV following the game.
“It’s unbelievable,” he said.
“The first half was probably the worst half we have played all year, so to come back and play like that in the second half is an unbelievable feeling.

As Loughran touched upon, Armagh didn’t come flying out of the traps, and instead they were hit with a sucker punch goal inside the first minute.Aidan O’Rourke’s side recovered over the remaining 29 minutes to go in level at the break and then they moved up a gear after half-time, winning it 0-9 to 0-2.
“We felt as though we were on top in the game, and we were picking them apart, but we were unlucky in hitting the crossbar twice,” reflected Loughran.
“I gave away the goal, but we knew that we had control of the game and if we just worked it up the field, we would get it over the bar, which we did.”

“It was tough. We were well ahead but we still had to keep going and not let them get a goal.”
Armagh will meet Derry in the final in two weeks’ time, with the game likely to be played at Healy Park in Omagh.
The Oak Leaf County defeated Armagh by two points in the Ulster final, so Loughran says it’s up to the Orchard County to get one back.
“That's all we wanted to do. Get back against Derry in the All-Ireland final.
“We were beaten by two points the last time, so we have to do it now and bring an All-Ireland back to Armagh.”
