Hide Ad“At our initial meeting I stressed that tackling the scourge of dog fouling, particularly in Newry City, must be a priority.
“Both businesses and residents have been in touch with us to raise concerns about the amount of dog fouling locally.
“Dog litter carries a number of diseases that can cause severe health conditions, from coughing and fever to swollen lymph nodes or even blindness.
