Infrastructure Minister John O’Dowd has announced a recruitment campaign to appoint a Chair and Three Non-Executive Members to the Board of Warrenpoint Harbour Authority (WHA).

Warrenpoint Harbour is one of the North’s main commercial ports and its geographic position constitutes a major strategic advantage located halfway on the main strategic network of the Belfast to Dublin economic corridor.

Minister O’Dowd said: “These are key positions and I would encourage anyone who considers that they meet the criteria for the posts and feel that they want to make a positive contribution to the work of Warrenpoint Harbour Authority to apply.”
