Police attended the area and located the Poucher, who had his penis out attempting to urinate.

They stopped and spoke to the male to provide assistance and to ask him to cover up as he was in a public place with members of the public in the area.

Poucher instantly became hostile towards police and started to shout "f*** off" and became verbally abusive towards the officers in an aggressive manner.

As the male's behaviour was disorderly in a public place, police had to intervene to warn the male about his behaviour on numerous occasions. However, after multiple warnings about his behaviour, Poucher continued to be aggressive and disorderly.

"He had taken too much drink and apologises for that."

He was fined £250 for disorderly behaviour and given an absolute discharge for the charge of indecent behaviour.
