Entries for the Greater Newry Business Awards are now open.

This year marks the 10th edition of the prestigious biennial awards which recognise, celebrate and reward the success of local businesses and individuals at the top of their game.

The Greater Newry Business Awards have become the district’s premier celebration of business excellence since their inception in 2004 and are kindly supported by this year’s Principal Sponsors, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council and NIE Networks and organised by Newry Chamber.

There are 24 award categories to choose from, they are free to enter and every business located within the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area can enter up to four categories.

Entries close on Friday, July 11, 2025 at midnight with the shortlist announced on Thursday, August 28. Ticket sales close on Thursday, September 8, 2025 with the gala awards night on Friday, September 19 in the Canal Court Hotel, Newry.

The 24 award categories are now open for entries. Details of the categories, criteria and information on how to apply are now available at www.newrychamber.com.
