On November 19, Kitchen OS founder Neil Bradley will present F*** Waste on stage at the 9th UNWTO World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism in Manama, Bahrain.

Bradley, a former chef and restaurateur, founded Kitchen OS in 2020 after identifying the operational and waste management challenges in the hospitality industry. His hands-on experience in running two restaurants inspired him to create F*** Waste, bridging his culinary knowledge with tech innovation.

“We’re incredibly honoured that F*** Waste has been recognised by UN Tourism’s competition,” said Neil. “This platform is more than technology—it’s our commitment to a sustainable future for the hospitality industry.”

As a finalist, Kitchen OS will receive mentorship from top UN Tourism and Basque Culinary Center experts, access to investment opportunities, and networking benefits through the UN Tourism Innovation Network, including a feature in the Culinary Action! roadshow.

Kitchen OS’s finalist status underscores F*** Waste’s potential to make a positive global impact on sustainability within gastronomy tourism. For more information, visit https://f-waste.com
