And then there were four

The Down Football Championship semi-finals line-up was decided over a weekend of thrilling games across the board. The draw was made on Monday after Ballyholland overcame Glenn to book the last spot in the Senior Championship, with the games being played over the weekend of October 22.
Old rivals Kilcoo and Burren have been kept apart as they play Ballyholland and Clonduff respectively and judging by the cheer from the Harps players awaiting the announcement on the Pairc Esler field, they relish taking on the holders in the last four.
“There was Kilcoo, Clonduff and Burren left in it so there so it was always going to be a tough tie no matter what happened,” said
Ballyholland co-manager Damian McCrink.
“It was always going to be a toss of a coin so it makes no difference at this stage. We’re in the semi- finals of the championship. They’re all good teams so we’ll be getting ready for it and looking forward to it.”
